Pearse and Mary O'Sullivan's bustling down town restaurant and bar is located above the Kinsale Brewery, with whom there is a strong working relationship as they pump their Kinsale lager, wheat beer and stout directly up to Toddies bar. There's a growing fan club who love Pearse's fine modern Irish cooking and the great service by Mary and her bubbly staff. Seafood is, of course, the star and fresh lobster risotto is one of many specialty dishes that had already established Toddies as a leading restaurant in the area.
