Cooking at Rathmullan House is traditional, and meticulously sourced menus are based on the very best of local and artisan foods and fresh produce. Local Irishman Ian Orr has returned from the River Café in London and to the delight of many guests he has brought his culinary talent with him! The walled garden provides the kitchen with organic fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs. The seaside setting means fresh fish and seafood, while rich local farmland produces specialties like Donegal lamb.
