Located south of Dublin, Druids Glen feels more like an upmarket American-style resort than an Irish Golf Club. After opening in 1995 the course was selected to host the Irish Open in 1996 and for the next 3 years. With many water hazards the course can present quite a challenge however if you can stay on the generous fairways and hit the soft greens you have the opportunity to score well. The 17th however can intimidate the most competent golfer with a 203 yard par 3 to an island green.
